Refund Policy

At Casas Baraq, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective product or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

Timeframes

  • Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

  • Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from receipt.
    For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, sending photos or a video of the item and its packaging. After this period, the issue will be considered misuse.

Return Conditions
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (e.g., removing bracelet links).

Once received and inspected, customers may choose to:

  • Exchange it for another available product, or

  • Receive a refund for the product’s value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the correct product was delivered in good condition.

Warranty
All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage after purchase (cracked screen, scratches, dents).

  • Damage from liquids or moisture.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Improper accessory use.

  • Natural wear (scratches, oxidation, battery reduction, etc.).

  • Resistance tests not recommended (impacts, exposure to water, excessive pressure).
