Shipping Policy

At Casas Baraq, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times
The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take between 1 and 3 business days.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent by email so you can follow your delivery status.

Partial Shipments
If you purchase more than one product, items may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking code.

Possible Customs Fees
In rare cases, customs may apply additional taxes or fees. Such costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Address
Please double-check your details before completing your purchase. In case of an incorrect address or recipient absence, the package may be returned, and the costs of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
